Chef Simon

With five years of experience from the three-starred restaurant Frantzén, Simon cooks with heart in the Stockholm archipelago. Every meal at Villa Sandudden is created to enhance your conference or event, from the generous family-style lunch with local ingredients to the elegantly composed four-course dinner. The finest seasonal ingredients, artisan cooking, and a genuine passion for flavour make the food one of the highlights of your stay.

Cooking
The chefs challange

Each team receives a basket of ingredients to create a dish of their choice.

Each team decides whether to prepare an appetizer or a main course. Each basket of ingredients contains 2-3 unique ingredients that the teams must use.

The winning team will be determined primarily by the taste of their dish.

Two plates must be prepared and presented to the individuals overseeing the activity (one chef and one hostess). The winners from each team will receive a gift card from Loén.
