You have the whole property to yourself in the evening and at night. This means that you have your own dining rooms, social rooms, bedrooms, conference rooms, and your personal dedicated hostess and chefs. We can accommodate a maximum of 50 people for a meeting.
We offer 34 single beds across 16 rooms. If you need additional rooms we partner with Hotel Blå Blom which is 10 minutes away by taxi.
The main building offers a large conference room, a cozy bar, dining areas, and inviting social spaces—ideal for both meetings and relaxation.
A cozy atmosphere with elegant, modern decor awaits, along with a beautiful conference room by the pier that feels like it’s floating on the water.
In addition to Villa Sand and Villa Udden, there are five smaller cozy houses with a beautiful interior in absolute top class.
Villa Sandudden offers two of Sweden’s most inspiring meeting rooms – Strandrummet and Orangeriet. Here, modern technology is combined with a professional and relaxed environment to maximise your meetings.
You’ll have access to the latest technology and fresh snacks such as fruit, water and sweets to keep your energy levels high. In addition, there are several flexible group rooms ready to be used according to your needs.
It can accommodate up to 16 people in boardroom seating and 25 in the cinema.
The Orangery can be furnished in most ways for up to 50 people.

Together with Nichlas & Oscar, we offer wonderful lunches and unforgettable dinners at Villa Sandudden. Since the start in 2018, the radar couple has run the restaurant Loén in Stockholm’s inner city, which has received several awards, including SVD and many other newspapers where their food is raised to the clouds.
