About the villa
The expansive glass panels flood the house with natural light, creating a serene and harmonious atmosphere.rnrnSurrounding the villa, you’ll find spacious terraces outfitted with stylish outdoor furniture and panoramic water views—our favorite spot for lunch, cocktails, and dinner.
Bedrooms
The living room, with its cozy fireplace, flows into the kitchen and dining area, all offering a fantastic sea view.rnrnIf needed, the dining room can easily transform into a meeting space, complete with a projector, screen, and all the necessary conference equipment.

The Beach Room
Villa Sand includes the conference room The Beach Room, located on the pier below the villa. It accommodates up to 16 people in boardroom seating and up to 25 in cinema style. It is perhaps Sweden’s most beautiful meeting room, where one of the long sides consists of large, openable glass doors facing the water. Outside, you’ll find comfortable lounge furniture for afternoon coffee or perhaps a pre-dinner drink in the evening sun.
