Does Villa Sandudden work like a regular hotel?
No, we only host private groups who usually have all of Villa Sandudden to themselves in the evening and at night.
Can you bring your own alcohol?
Villa Sandudden holds a liquor license. This means you cannot bring your own alcoholic beverages. They must be purchased from and served by us.
Does Villa Sandudden work as a restaurant?
No, we only host private groups who always have their own dining room in their exclusive villa (Villa Sand or Villa Udden). We do not have a public restaurant operation.
How many people can stay at Villa Sandudden?
You always have your own villa (Villa Sand or Villa Udden), each with five rooms and 10 or 12 separate beds. Each villa comes with its own dining room, common area, and accommodation.
You can then add one or more of our standalone houses located next to the villas. You can of course book all of Villa Sandudden, giving you 16 rooms and a loft with a maximum of 36 overnight guests.

We don’t have a fixed price list – we always tailor each conference or event.

How few people can you be at Villa Sandudden?
You always have one of our two villas (Villa Sand or Villa Udden). Each villa has five rooms with 10 or 12 separate beds.
We charge for a minimum of 12 people, as you have your own hostesses and chefs, which means our costs are not covered for small groups.
Is there parking available?
Each villa has five parking spaces.
If you have all of Villa Sandudden, you have 10 spaces.
There is also plenty of parking at the commuter parking area located 2 km before reaching Villa Sandudden.
