You can book the entire property for a completely private conference with accommodation, kickoff or corporate event. The atmosphere is unique and our staff ensures everything is tailored to your needs – from meeting setups and conference activities to dinners and accommodation. Only 30 minutes from the city on Ingarö, you will find a place that combines a professional meeting setup with relaxation and nature experiences – a perfect option for those seeking a conference near Stockholm.

1Our conference rooms

At Villa Sandudden you will find flexible conference rooms suitable for both large and small groups, adaptable for different types of meetings and events. The atmosphere is unique and our staff ensures everything is tailored to your needs, from meeting setups and conference activities to dinners and accommodation. The rooms combine modern technology with a professional and relaxed environment that elevates your meetings. Regardless of which room you choose, you are always surrounded by the beautiful archipelago, creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere. You also have access to fresh refreshments such as fruit, water and sweets to keep energy levels high. For smaller group work, several flexible breakout rooms can easily be adapted to your needs.

Strandrummet

It can accommodate up to 16 people in boardroom seating and 25 in the cinema.

Orangeriet

The Orangery can be furnished in most ways for up to 50 people.

Right next to the water, perfect for the smaller groups.

2Conference with accommodation

We have 34 individual beds in 16 rooms. The accommodation at our property is flexible, whether you want to book the entire property or parts of it. Booking accommodation is easy and can be adapted to your needs. If you need more single rooms or are a larger group, we collaborate with Hotel Blå Blom located 10 minutes away by taxi.

Villa Udden

The main building offers a large conference room, a cozy bar, dining areas, and inviting social spaces—ideal for both meetings and relaxation.

Villa Sand

A cozy atmosphere with elegant, modern decor awaits, along with a beautiful conference room by the pier that feels like it’s floating on the water.

Our standalone houses

In addition to Villa Sand and Villa Udden, there are five smaller cozy houses with a beautiful interior in absolute top class.

Our chef Simon, trained at Frantzén, creates world-class gastronomy. He serves everything from generous, family-style lunches to elegant three- and four-course tasting menus. Every meal is a symphony of exquisite flavours complemented by carefully selected wines. A world-class dining experience to remember.

Family-style dining with a main course, assorted salads, fresh bread, drinks, and coffee. Everything is served on shared plates for a homely vibe.

Dinner – 4 courses – fine dining
